Suntrust Properties Inc., was handed the top award covering all categories for the 2008 MOST OUTSTANDING RESPONDENT in Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas' Business Expectations Surveys (BES). BSP Governor Tetangco awarded the trophy to us in a ceremony at the BSP Grand Ballroom on July 11, 2008.

The BES was conducted last year for four quarters among more than 1,500 companies picked up from the top 7,000 corporations all over the country. The quarterly surveys asked respondents to give their insights and projections on the real estate industry, and on the economy as a whole, in relation to the experiences and directions of their respective companies.

The inputs from the respondents were then consolidated and analyzed by the BSP to guide it in laying down its monetary policies and directions can only become more meaningful and relevant if it is abreast with relevant information on each sector of the economy.
