2008 Suntrust Hula Adventure @ Blue Coral, Batangas

The Blue Coral in San Juan, Batangas was the place to be last April 11, 2008. All Suntrustees trooped to the beach and frolicked on the sands. With this year’s hula theme, everyone was up for putting-on hula outfits (Bermuda shorts, floral polo shirts on top of the Suntrust T- shirt, beach sandals, flip-flops, or anything with a floral accent). The employees were pre-grouped into four

teams (Blue, Red, Yellow, and Green) for the beach activities which include: a team flag-making contest (this was done the day prior to the event), relay games, and the Hula Babe & Hula Hunk competition (with each team having their own representatives). There were actually no losers that day; every team went home triumphant, with Red as the over-all team champion, followed by the Blue Team as first runner-up, and Green & Yellow as the second & third runners-up. The individual winners of the Hula Babe & Hula Hunk competition were Janette Zarco (Blue) and Ramir Jamena (Red).
