Suntrust Adriatico Gardens MOA Signing

City of Manila's Mayor Alfredo Lim with Chairman Andrew L. Tan and Suntrust's President Atty. Harry Paltongan

The City of Manila and Empire East Suntrust entered into a Memorandum of Agreement to develop the city's 3,449 sq.m. lot which is strategically located along Adriatico Street beside Manila Zoo and Harrison Plaza. Empire East Suntrust will construct three towers which will showcase seven hundred (700) 30 sq.m. affordable condominium units with 154 parking slots. The project shall be known as Suntrust Adriatico Gardens in line with the company's thrust of building its brand name "Suntrust".

 

Mayor Alfredo Lim inked this landmark project under his administration to provide quality yet affordable housing to its residents and also to the general public. The project also hopes to boost commercial activity in the city which is one of the major thrusts of his administration.

Target launching is April 2008 with projected completion within four to six years. This project is expected to surpass the success of U.N. Gardens in terms of marketability considering its superior location and affordability.
