Contract Signing of the Joint Venture Project of Suntrust Properties, Inc. and Imperial Homes Corporation

Imperial Homes Corporation and Empire East Suntrust entered into a Memorandum of Agreement last May 15, 2008 to develop the remaining phases of Tagaytay Meridian which is strategically located in Silang - Sta. Rosa beside Suntrust's existing project Sta. Rosa Heights.

Ms. Emma Imperial, President and CEO of Imperial Homes, inked this project to be a joint venture between Suntrust and Imperial Homes. The project will be an extension of the existing Sta. Rosa Heights project of Empire East Suntrust.

Imperial Homes Corporation was established in September 16, 1983 and is primarily engaged in the development of modern leisure villages, middle income as well as low cost housing projects. Founded and headed by Ms. Emma Imperial, President and CEO, the scope of IHC's present activities include investing in land for housing development and the construction and sale of housing units.
